New Hospital Beds To Serve and Save

Seminole Memorial Hospital was the first hospital in Texas and the second hospital in the nation to receive the latest model of hospital beds. This first installment of hospital equipment is the result of a new leasing agreement with Stryker Corporation. The new beds are an immediate dollar savings to the District as part of its capital equipment plan. Maegen Garner, Chief Clinical Operation Officer for the District, stated “We are extremely pleased to be working with Stryker to improve our quality care to patients, provide improved equipment for our nursing staff that prevents workplace injury, and reduces our overall costs”.
