Seminole Hospital District is pleased to offer in house Sleep Lab services for diagnostic breathing disorders such as obstructive sleep apnea. The inhouse Sleep Lab service provides comfortable, private rooms equipped with a queen size bed, large walk-in shower and a flat screen TV.
Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) is a common sleep disorder. OSA causes your airway to collapse part or all the way when you fall asleep which may cause apnea. Apnea is when the airway is completely closed, so breathing temporarily stops. The lack of oxygen and frequent nighttime awakenings have negative consequences for your health.
