We want to provide an important update regarding our billing and collections process.
Over the past year, we experienced challenges that impacted our ability to bill in a timely manner. As a result, some accounts were delayed. We understand this may be unexpected, and we sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may cause.
Our team has been working diligently to resolve these issues, and we are now actively processing and sending out statements to ensure accounts are up to date. As we work through this backlog, you may receive statements for services from prior months.
As part of this effort, our billing partner, Dignity out of Kansas City, is assisting with patient outreach and may be contacting you regarding your account. These communications are legitimate and part of our effort to bring all accounts current while providing support and options to our patients.
