Seminole Family Medical Clinic is a full service primary care clinic located on the third floor of the the hospital. We are proud to offer a full range of health services provided by our outstanding group of physicians and nurse practitioners. Patients of all ages are welcome to be seen. All of our providers accept walk-ins for urgent care visits. If a preferred provider’s schedule is full, another provider will be happy to assist at any time.
Walk-in patients are required to wear masks and answer screening questions to enter the building. If patients suspect they have COVID or are having COVID symptoms, please call ahead of time before arriving.

- Complete Physicals; Routine physical examinations including child/development exams.
- Minor Surgery
- Emergency Stabilization
- Diagnostic laboratory procedures; including but not limited to:
- Urinalysis, by dipstick
- Blood glucose level by fingerstick
- Pregnancy test, by urine
- Primary culture for transportation to reference lab
- Group A Strep, rapid
- Influenza A&B, rapid
- Prevention of illness and promotion of health through complete physical exams, annual checkups, well-child care and patient education.
- Diagnosis of problems presented at the medical clinic by taking health histories, doing appropriate physical exams, lab tests, EKGs, pap smears, pregnancy tests and other diagnostic procedures.
- Treatment of immediate problems and chronic illness prescriptions, injections, and other procedures or referrals as necessary.
- Emergency care of minor injuries such as cuts, wounds animal bites and falls. If ambulance service is required EMS will be contacted.
- Counseling regarding questions patients may have about their physical and mental health.
- Referral of patients with special needs to medical specialists, public and private health and social service agencies.
- Referral and follow-up treatment to patients who require hospitalization, emergency room care, nursing home or home medical care.
