Radiology

The goal of the Radiology Department at Memorial Hospital is to provide the highest quality diagnostic imaging services available from a facility our size to the residents and visitors of Gaines County and to aid physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of your condition right here at home with the lowest radiation exposures possible.

Many in our community have experienced the inconvenience that illnesses and injuries cause to their school and work schedules. We make every effort to schedule convenient appointments, usually the same or very next day. We hope to save our neighbors time and money by providing as many services as possible right here at home and to fully cooperate and coordinate our services with providers inside and outside of our community.

Our staff is very aware of the increasing concern about medical radiation dose and is committed to protecting our community. We only employ highly qualified, state, and nationally registered technologists to take care of your imaging needs and ensure all imaging equipment meets or exceeds State mandated safety specifications.

Seminole Hospital District is committed to providing high quality resources to include recent installation of state-of-the-art MRI, Computed Tomography (CT) and 3D Digital Mammography with Tomosynthesis.

We are happy to provide CD’s of images at no charge for patients to take to physicians and specialists out of town. We can release copies of CD’s and reports to you or caregivers only with written authorization from you.
