Organizes and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy programs to restore function, prevent disability following disease, injury or loss of a body part, and helps patients reach maximum functional levels. Plans or implements therapy involving physical exercise, manual techniques, modalities, balance, gait, etc. Utilizes various mechanical and electrical equipment, and prosthetic and orthotic devices. Assesses, records and reports on patient progress.

Requirements
- Current CPR
- TX LICENSE in Physical Therapy/ or Physical Therapy Assistant
- For PT: Bachelors, graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy school
- For PTA: graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Good communication skills
- Good grasp of basic Physical Therapy techniques

Setting is mixed in Rural Health with high percentage of Outpatient Ortho/Neuro, lower percentage of swingbed/inpatient/pediatric/wound care patients. Excellent benefits and sign on bonus available.
