Performs a variety of clerical duties for the Administrator

Primary Responsibilities
Serves as Administrator Assistant and various helping duties throughout the Health Care Center
- Decorates the front entrance, activity room, and dining room on the first working day of each month
- Assists in decorating, coordinating, and serving the annual Thanksgiving Dinner for residents and their families
- Assists Activity Director in planning, decorating, and serving the annual Christmas Party for residents and their families
- Processes charges and claims
- Processes payroll in the absence of the Business Office Manager.
- Assists residents as needed in yard and flower bed grooming, or calming disruptive residents
- Schedules Housekeeping and Laundry Personnel
- Assists Administrator on projects as needed
- Assists other departments as needed (Training Coordinator, CNA, Medical Records, Business Office Manager or Activity Director.)
- All other duties as assigned.
