Information & Registration
Thank you for your interest in participating in the health fair. Our goal is to educate the community on the services available to help them to attain and maintain a healthy lifestyle. We encourage you to let your fellow service providers know about this event. We want as many businesses to participate if they can.
Registration fee: $25.00 payable to Memorial Health Care Center (MHCC) by Monday, August 15, 2026 along with registration. There will be no charge for First Responder’s booths. Fees by mail 212 NW 10th Street, Seminole, Texas 79360.
Set up: Begins at 8:00am
Doors Open: Open to the public at 9:00am
Door Prizes: Door prizes are not required but are suggested. You may display your door prize at your booth during the event. However, we ask that all door prizes be brought to the staging area no later than 1:30pm for announcements of winners. All visitors will receive tickets upon entry to the event.
Note: One six foot table and two chairs will be provided for each booth.
