Biography

Billie Armstrong received her Registered Nursing degree from New Mexico Junior College in 1998. Received Bachelor degree in nursing in 1999 from Texas Tech. In 2002, she received her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Texas Tech School of Nursing. She is board certified from the Texas Board of Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
