Scholarship Application
Application must be turned in by April 21st, 2024.
Application must be turned into SHS counselor’s office, emailed to lmcalpine@seminoleisd.net, or filled in using the web application below.
Eligibility:
- Available to any Seminole High School senior pursuing a career in the medical field.
- Applicants much be a graduating senior.
Scholarship must be used at any college, university, or junior college.
Submissions must include application and a personal narrative essay.
A committee chosen by the Seminole Memorial Hospital Gift Shop Staff will review submitted applications. The chosen committee will not receive your name or identifying information. Recipients will be chosen based on achievements, goals, leadership examples, and essay content.
Scholarship will be announced May 2024
